This opinion draft proposes to graft the mechanism structure of imported food supervision in the new Food Safety Law into the online purchase bonded e-commerce model. At the same time, the opinion draft pointed out that if consumers purchase food through the platform enterprise and their legal rights and interests are damaged, they can claim compensation from the operating company entering the platform. If the platform enterprise cannot provide the real name, address and effective contact information of the operating enterprise, the platform enterprise shall compensate. After the platform enterprise compensates, it has the right to recover from the network operation enterprise.
