Polyethylene polypropylene composite waterproofing membrane use method

1. The base layer (screeding layer) of the waterproofing membrane must be cleaned and watered to ensure that the base layer is moist. (Note: The roof waterproof screed should meet the requirements of GB50207-2002 “Road Engineering Quality Acceptance Specificationâ€, and the underground waterproof screed should comply with GB50208-2002 “Code for Underground Water Quality Acceptanceâ€.
2. Prepare cement paste 4 adhesive with polyvinyl alcohol glue containing 5% to 15% of cement. Stirring must be uniform, no precipitation, no clot, no segregation phenomenon can be used.
3. Before the construction of the main waterproof layer of the roof, the detailed nodes of the drainage concentration and the complicated structure should be sealed and attached.
4. The sealing material is polyether type polyurethane. If other sealing materials are used, products such as mineral oil and petrolatum that affect the properties of polyethylene should not be included.
5. Additional layers shall be added at corners; yin and yang corners shall be rounded to form R=20mm.
6, waterproof membrane shop should be used full shop method, adhesive coating on the base level should be uniform, not exposed at the end, do not accumulate; adhesive coating should be immediately after the shop roll, to prevent excessive time affect the quality of bonding.
7, paving waterproofing membrane can not wrinkle, can not stretch the coil. The edge of the shop to remove the air under the membrane and excess adhesive, to ensure that the membrane and the base layer and the layers of the membrane between the dense.
8. The lap width of the waterproofing membrane should not be less than 100mm.
9. The seam between the upper and lower two floors and the adjacent two webs should be staggered by one-third width.
