Aiming at the status quo of domestic gear machine research and development, Qizhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd., as a backbone enterprise of domestic machine tool manufacturing, has a solid foundation of more than 60 years of research and development of machine tools. At the same time, it has rich experience in manufacturing ordinary horizontal hobbing machines up to 1.6m. The YK31500L CNC vertical gear hobbing machine (5m) (see Figure 1) participated in the Beijing International Machine Tool Show in 2009 and won the “Spring Yan Awardâ€. It is the first set of domestic machine tools approved by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, filling the domestic gap.
