This paper mainly describes the design and application of Ankerui fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system. 1. System design goal A100 fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system is a system developed by Ankerui Electric Co., Ltd. according to the current national standard. The system cooperates with the use of the fire alarm controller to quickly analyze the wind direction, the nearest exit, the trend of the fire, and the density of the crowd in a critical moment, giving the safest evacuation route indication and intelligently opening the direction of the fire emergency sign light. And emergency lighting, help the people in the building to choose the best escape route in real time, guide the safe escape direction, maximize the protection of the personal safety of the people, and solve the worries of the safety concerns of all businesses.
2. System design procedures 2.1 General requirements ● Fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems should be designed in accordance with national standards and relevant access systems.

● Fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication systems should be selected and set according to the use of the building, the scale of the building, and the characteristics of the personnel used.

● When setting fire safety evacuation instructions, fire emergency signs or fire emergency signs should be used; non-lighting evacuation signs can be used as auxiliary indicators.

● The main power supply mode and control mode of the fire emergency luminaire connection shall ensure that all fire emergency luminaries are switched to the emergency working state when the fire occurs.

● It is strictly forbidden to set up light switch devices, sockets and other loads that can turn off the charging of the lamps and turn off the emergency state of the lamps in the circuit that supplies power to the fire emergency lighting (including the emergency power supply circuit of the centralized power type fire emergency lighting system).

● Fire-fighting linkage controller or fire alarm controller should be able to control the system from the normal power supply state to the emergency working state, and from the emergency working state to the normal working state.

● The emergency lighting controller should be set in the fire control room, and can receive the linkage control signal of the automatic fire alarm system into the emergency working state, and control the relevant fire emergency lighting into the emergency working state.
2.2 Setting place In the place where the fire control room is located, fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication system control devices or combined equipment with corresponding functions shall be provided.
2.3 Setting location ●Setting of emergency lighting controller

a. The emergency lighting controller should be installed in the fire control room. When there is no fire control room, it should be set in a place where someone is on duty.

b. The emergency lighting controller shall meet the relevant requirements of the fire control indoor layout in GB50116 when it is installed in the fire control room.

●Emergency lighting centralized power supply settings

a Emergency lighting centralized power supply should meet the following requirements: should not be placed in a fire and explosion hazardous environment; when using acid batteries, should not be placed in places with alkaline substances; when using alkaline batteries, should not be placed in acid The location; should be more than 1m from the heat source such as heating.

b Emergency lighting centralized power supply cabinet (box) should be installed above the ground 150mm above the ground level. The minimum width of the front and rear screens should meet the requirements of GB50054.

●Emergency lighting distribution box and distribution box settings

a Distribution box and distribution box should be installed in the room of the duty room, equipment room, electric pipe well or power distribution room.

b The distribution box and the distribution electric box should be installed above the ground 50mm above the ground level. The minimum width of the front and rear screens should meet the requirements of GB50054.

c When the distribution box and distribution box are installed on the wall, the height of the bottom edge from the ground should be 1.3 m to 1.5 m, the side near the door shaft should not be less than 0.5 m, and the front operation distance should not be less than 1.0 m. .

●Fire emergency sign light setting

a Fire emergency sign light indicating the exit shall be provided in the following parts or places:

a safe exit inside the building;

Each floor of a multi-storey, high-rise building leads to the doorway of the evacuation stairwell or the front room of the smoke-proof stairwell;

The farthest point in the public building room to the room exit door is more than 15m away from the room exit;

A disabled person's sign shall be set up at the barrier-free exit of the ground floor, and a disabled person's sign shall be set at each fire exit.

b The setting of the fire emergency sign light indicating the exit shall meet the following requirements:

It should be placed on the inside of the exit door, and its sign surface should face the evacuation passage in the building;

It should be placed at the center of the exit door or next to the door. The distance between the bottom and the door frame is no more than 200mm.

c Fire emergency sign lights indicating the direction of evacuation shall be provided in the following parts or places:

Evacuate the corner of the walkway;

The basement evacuates the stairwell.

Straight walkway over 20m, bag walkway over 10m;

Civil air defense engineering;

Refuge, refuge and other safe places.

The stairwell shall be provided with a fire emergency sign light indicating the floor, and the ground floor shall be provided with a fire emergency sign indicating the ground floor and the direction indicating the safety exit.

The setting of the fire emergency sign light indicating the evacuation direction shall comply with the following requirements:

When set at the top of the evacuation aisle, the height of the bottom edge from the ground should be 2.2m ~ 2.5m.

When setting on the side wall of the evacuation walkway, the height should be less than 1m below the ground margin, and the setting distance of the marker light should not exceed 10m. The size of the protruding wall part of the lamp should not exceed 20mm, and the surface is smooth.

When the fire emergency sign light indicating the evacuation direction is set on the ground, the height of the highest point of the lamp from the ground shall not exceed 3mm, the height of the vertical distance between the edge of the lamp and the ground shall not exceed 1mm, and the setting distance of the sign lamp shall not exceed 3m.

The guiding direction of the guided light flow type fire emergency signage lamp shall be the same as the evacuation direction. The setting distance of the sign light shall not exceed 1.5m. When setting on the ground, it shall comply with the requirements of paragraph 2 of this article.

The fire emergency signage protection level set on the ground shall comply with the requirements of IP65.

●Fire emergency lighting settings

a Fire emergency lighting should be provided in the following parts or places:

Evacuation walkways, stairwells, smoke-proof stairwells in the building, fire-fighting elevators and their front rooms, combined front rooms and refuge floors should be placed preferentially at the intersections and bends of the walkways, above the escalators or Near the top side;

Power distribution room, fire control room, fire pump room, smoke and smoke exhaust machine room, battery room for fire and electricity, self-supplied generator room, telephone main machine room, and other rooms that still need to work in the event of fire;

a room with no more than 5 people in public places and public places without natural lighting or nighttime use;

Boarding kindergartens and primary school bedrooms, elderly apartment rooms, hospital wards and intensive care rooms require rescue personnel to assist with evacuation.

b For hotels of four stars and above, fire emergency lights should be installed in the rooms.
