The standard quality assurance measures for pre-embedded bolt operations typically involve several key steps to ensure accuracy and reliability. First, the fabrication of the outer structural foundation's angle steel frame begins with cutting the angle steel columns. The material used is usually ∠50×5 angle steel, and the length is determined based on the design drawings. A small adjustment allowance of 30mm is added to the calculated length to account for any potential variations during installation. The height of the sample rack is then adjusted by subtracting the secondary grouting height and the thickness of the protective layer from the design height, ensuring precise alignment.

Next, the production of the fixed anchor plate involves welding preliminary positioning bolts onto the angle steel structure. The central hole diameter and angle of the bolt holes are mechanically punched according to the specifications provided in the design drawings. It is crucial to maintain the correct elevation, verticality, and opening dimensions of the sample support within the allowable tolerance range to prevent misalignment during installation.

Each foundation frame is constructed using a steel plate with a thickness of 5 mm, combined with a rectangular anchor plate. The anchor steel plate is marked with cross lines to ensure accurate placement. According to the design requirements, the plate is cut at specific angles—15° or 30°—and 24 circular holes (with diameters M45, M56, and M42) are drilled in positions that match the layout shown in the drawings. This ensures that the anchor plate aligns perfectly with the intended bolt positions.

Once the anchor model is completed, it is labeled with numbers corresponding to its size and position. This labeling system helps streamline the installation process and reduces the risk of errors when placing the pre-embedded bolts in the correct locations.
