Therefore, traditional cement mortar cannot be bonded with professional tile adhesives in terms of bond strength and effect. compared to."

According to Li Wenqing, first of all, the scientific matching ratio of tile adhesives and the "experience" ratio rule of cement mortar are very different. Use only need to add water to stir, you can reach the painting requirements. Such early preparation will not only reduce the number of processes for the constructors, but also reduce the risk of failure in the ratio and ensure quality. Secondly, compared with the laying process of cement mortar, tile adhesives do not need to be pre-wetted on walls and tiles, and only four-step operations of “wipe, scratch, stick, and press” are required when laying. Again, the paving thickness is thinner, saving space and reducing costs. The thickness of traditional cement mortar is at least 15mm, even when it reaches 30mm. The thickness of the tile adhesive is as thin as 1mm, and its thickness is generally no more than 5mm. This has obvious space-saving effects for general home improvement, especially small-sized home improvement projects. At the same time, the degree of paving also affects the amount of usage. In general, the thickness of the tile adhesive is 1/5 of the cement mortar, and the amount is 1/3 of the cement mortar. Finally, it is anti-falling function. In order to compare the anti-falling function, a tile of the same size was intentionally prepared at a construction site. Under the dosage that meets the matching requirements, there is no external force, and the cement mortar has a tendency to slide automatically, while the tile adhesive has a significant adhesive effect.

According to the test, the tiles of the cement mortar were separated from the wall by light tapping, and the tile adhesive had to be applied several times and heavier force to separate it from the wall. When tapped, the inner surface can be intuitively bonded. One side of the cement mortar can see that the hanging slurry is not uniform enough, and the mortar layer stuck on the tile is thin, showing that the adhesive force is weak. On the contrary, the tile adhesive can pull off the base layer and the adhesive strength can be seen.
