The temperature rise before and after quenching of the bath is also controlled within 10 °C as much as possible, so a cooling cycle device is recommended. If the room temperature is too low in winter, consider heating the bath before quenching or increase the concentration appropriately.

(3) Stirring control In order to obtain the quenching and cooling effect as uniform as possible, the bath should be continuously stirred. Pump circulation, propeller agitation and nozzles can be used, depending on the site.
