**Abstract**
At 7:00 pm on June 18th, the third "Sanmo Cup" Worker Basketball Tournament of Zhengzhou Abrasives and Grinding Research Institute concluded successfully. Over the course of nearly a month, teams from different departments across the institute engaged in 47 thrilling matches. Throughout the competition, each team embraced the sports spirit of "friendship first, competition second." They balanced their work commitments with active participation, focusing on learning, improving skills, and fostering communication. The players demonstrated determination, perseverance, and a strong sense of teamwork.
The tournament not only showcased high-level performances but also highlighted the positive sportsmanship and camaraderie among participants. It was a great opportunity for staff to strengthen relationships, build mutual respect, and enhance their sense of collective pride.
