And whether the height accords with the contractual agreement; check the house plan in the purchase contract, check whether the structure of the room is consistent with the drawings, and whether the area, span, length and width of the room are reasonable and so on.

Third, we must check if there is a difference between the area of ​​the housing agreed in the contract and the actual area. The general contract stipulates that when a commercial house is delivered, the difference between the actual area of ​​the house and the temporarily measured area shall not exceed ±2% (±3%) of the temporarily measured area, and the house price shall remain unchanged. Whether the supporting facilities agreed in the fourth inspection contract are complete or not, the supporting facilities include the indoor part, including whether the construction of the same period of the community, the handover of the house, the garage, the clubhouse, the greening, the landscape garden, etc. are in compliance with the commitment, and the public parts such as the lobby, corridor, wall, and ground.
