Novice how to learn to operate automatic lathe

If you learn automatic lathes, you must not be afraid of dirty! Because it's really dirty!
There is the need to take the initiative to go to school. Nobody will be able to teach what they are doing. They mainly think about themselves.
In fact, there are 3 basic steps for learning an automatic lathe:
First, we must have a certain understanding of the principle of cutting, do not even work out the principle has not yet figured out how to design the cam, step can not board the sky!
The second is to learn to grind the drill bit. This is the basic skill. It is also very important. In fact, learning to adjust is very simple. It is not a matter of time to learn how to grind the drill bit!
The third is to learn to adjust the machine. In the process of learning to adjust the machine, the working principle of the cam can also get a basic understanding, which lays the foundation for designing cams in the future!
First, the first step, in fact, this part is the simplest, the cutting principle is nothing more than the spindle rotation, lathe tool for turning. All the cutting movements of the cutting machine are accomplished through the movement of the knife! This is also the origin of the name of the cutting machine!
There are several types of models that are commonly used in the cutting machine, 1515, 2015, 1525, 2025! What do these models mean? Take 1515 to compare! The meaning of the preceding 15 is that the maximum processing diameter of the automatic lathe is 15MM, the back 1 is a shaft, and the rear 5 is 5 turrets! Generally understand this way, of course, there are special models, not much to explain here!
After we had a general understanding of the automatic lathe cutting machine, we should say that we have sharpened the drill bits. In fact, this is very difficult to say, and it is not good for explanation. In general, practice makes perfect.
What is the first step in tuning the machine? The first step is to look at the drawings. There is a general idea in mind. How do you do it?
Do you have to go a few steps? Is it one or two? What is the knife chamfer? What is the knife shave? What are you planning to do a few minutes? These should be taken into account!
There is a preliminary idea in my heart that it is time to start tuning! After the cam is installed, the cam of the cutting knife is generally adjusted first. It is necessary to explain here that the tuning machine first adjusts the habits of the wheel and each master and the individual likes to have a relationship, and some first install the cutter and some first install the material. Some directly tune out all the cams and then put them together. Here only the general work habits! Not necessarily the best tuning method! How to adjust the cutter cam, we must first shake the cam rod to the position of the loose chuck. That is, it will loosen again (material is relatively far from the loose chuck) and then adjust the cam to the highest point! This way the first wheel is completed. The next step is to perform debugging. The ratio of No. 2, No. 3, No. 4 knife is 1~1.5:1, and the general default is 1:1. Then start loading. Cut the material down! Is the first one completed?
Then it is to set the total length of the material. When should the material be installed? When the camshaft is shaken to the point where it has just been tightened, adjust the bowl wheel of the material to the point where it will immediately recede, and turn the board wheel to the place where it is immediately lifted!
The next thing is to install the edge knife, first shake the cam rod to the lifting arm! The No. 1 knife has a ratio of 2 to 3:1. Generally, it uses 2.5:1. The knife is put on the knife holder, and the knife holder is pulled to the side of the material that is set to the total length. Sometimes the edge knife is used to go under the knife. Pull to the place where you want to go! Pull the No. 1 knife bowl to the lowest point after pulling it. As for the two plate wheels, it is generally used as a top knife and one as a bottom knife.
Adjust the lower knife cam to the lowest point after the knife! Continue to shake, shake to the highest point of the No. 1 knife bowl wheel, and at this time, transfer the other plate wheel to the most place to be topped up. This number one knife cam basically tuned! Now is the knife, the knife is to put the material over, so that the number 1 knife under the knife to stop, the knife will probably go under the outer garden, how much the knife locked. Then adjust the size. No. 1 knife is basically completed!
No.1 was completed, and several other methods were similar. They were actually different in actual operation, but the basic number one was completed and the others were not a problem.

The Installation of Mounting Unit
1. Make the concrete base according to solution drawing, locate embedded bolts and set out strings by Laser Level to ensure the centers of embedded bolts in the same elevation as accurate as possible on vertical, horizontal direction and at end face.
2. Locate the Anchor Plate on the concrete base and adjust the position according to solution drawing(remove M14 washer,M14 spring washer,and M14 nut if they are connected to embedded bolts now),and then fasten M14 washer, M14 spring washer, and M14 nut with the tightening torque of 60N.m.
3.Take out the Hexagon Bolt Kit with Post B Corrugated Gasket M12x95 and remove its nut, spring washer, one washer, and corrugated gasket. Insert the Post A, B, C in to Anchor Plate according to the Hexagon Bolt Kit with Corrugated Gasket M12x95 drawing and then fix them by two sets of Hexagon Bolt Kit with Corrugated Gasket M12*95. Post C Post A
4.Remove the bolt kits M12*90 from all the Posts and Pre-Assembled Supports and unfold the embedded Supports, fasten them on the Posts by bolt kits M12*90 according to the drawing. 

Installation of Rails
1.Please check the length of Beam before place it onto the Pre-Assembled Supports, otherwise extend it with Splice forBeam first. There are 4 self-tapping screws in each side and total 8 self- tapping screws in both sides. We strongly recommend NOT extend the Beams on Preassembled Supports.
2.Before locate the Beams, mark the position of the Beam son the surface of Pre-Assembled Supports with maker pens according to solution drawing for easier installation. Place the Beams on the 55*80 Tube of Pre-Assembled Supports and fix it with C Clamp Kits. Install all the Beams in the same step. The tightening torque will be 20N.m. C Clamp Kit Side Beam(Please arrange 3-4 persons to install when the array is long.)

Installation of Solar Panels
1.Place the panels above the Beam 85, fixing it with Wide End Clamp Kit in the side and Inter Clamp Kit in the middle. Install all the panels in the same steps until complete installation of al panels. Fasten all the bolts with tightening torque of 10N.m.
2.Complete installation, and please inspect and make sure all the bolts are fastened.
