1. The bolts welded on the valve disc should not be too long. Otherwise, the bolts will be too long to resist the flow passage in the valve body, causing the sealing surface to be “overheaded†and unable to play a sealing role. When assembling, pay attention to check the opening of the screw. Ensure that the sealing surfaces are tightly joined.
2. Select the appropriate adjustment pad, the thickness of the pad should be slightly lower than or equal to the step height of the sealing surface of the valve disc, so that the soft gasket and the sealing surface of the valve disc fit closely and are in the same plane.
3. In order to prevent the compression nut from falling off, the nut should be properly loosened after being tightened.
4. The fluid medium should be considered in consideration of the conditions of use of the fluid medium, so as to avoid the effects of medium corrosion or high temperature deformation.
5. When the sealing surface of the valve seat is damaged seriously, the valve seat can be scrapped and the valve core can be used with the valve seat of the same specification after improvement.
6. When adjusting the valve, mark it to avoid sharp opening, so as not to affect the service life of the gasket.
