3.2 Decoration design and construction must ensure the integrity of the original safety of the building, change the bearing structure of the building, destroy the facade of the building and change the original construction common pipelines and facilities and influence the surrounding environment.
3.3 In addition to the quality requirements and design requirements of the relevant decorative standard materials and decorative parts, the quality of the selected decorative materials and decorative parts must meet the series standards of interior decoration materials GB6566GBl8580 ~ 18588, suppliers should provide product warranty book or inspection Report, materials should be accepted after entering the site. Construction can only be carried out if qualified. If there is dispute between the supply and demand sides, the inspection can be conducted by a municipal-level material inspection agency.
3.4 It is strictly forbidden to move the gas meter without authorization in the kitchen decoration. The gas pipeline must be concealed. It must pass through the bedroom and pass through the gas pipeline in the flat roof.
3.5 For the installation and use of materials and decorative parts and equipment with special provisions, the construction shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the product description.
3.6 The indoor air quality must be tested after the renovation project is completed. It can be delivered after meeting the requirements.
3.7 The supply and demand parties should sign the construction contract before the renovation. The contract should include the design requirements, material selection and grade construction quality warranty issues, etc.
3.8 Decoration Materials and Appliances Energy-saving flame-retardant and environment-friendly products should be used. It is forbidden to use products that are prohibited and eliminated by the government.

4 Drainage drainage pipe
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The pipeline should be unobstructed after construction No leakage The new water supply pipeline must be pressurised and tested in accordance with the requirements in Table 1. If it is embedded or concealed, it must be inspected before entering the construction process.
4.1.2 The drainage pipeline should be inspected before the construction of the original pipeline, after the confirmation of the smooth flow, temporary plugging to prevent debris from entering the pipeline
4.1.3 When the pipe is threaded, its connection should have exposed threads. The pipe clamp should be used to fix the pipe when installation is completed. The installation of the pipe clamp must be firm and loose between the pipe fittings or the valve.
4.1.4 Installation of various valve positions should meet the training requirements, and easy to use and maintain
4.1.5 The metal hot water pipe must be adiabatic
4.2 Acceptance requirements and methods Pipeline arrangement should meet the design requirements. Pipeline installation should be carried out in accordance with Table 1 Table 1 Pipeline acceptance requirements and methods

5 Electrical
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 Each household should have a separate distribution box. The main circuit breaker shall be set in the distribution box. The total breaker shall have the function of overload protection against short circuit protection, and its leakage current shall be greater than 30mA.
5.1.2 Air conditioning power outlet Kitchen power outlets Bathroom power outlets Other power outlets and lighting power supply shall be designed separately. All distribution circuit protection circuit breakers shall have overload and short circuit protection functions. When the circuit breaker is disconnected, phase lines and zeros shall be disconnected at the same time. line
5.1.3 The laying of electrical conductors shall be carried out in accordance with the decoration design provisions. When wiring, the phase line (L) should be colored red, the neutral line (N) should be useful blue, and the grounding protection line should be a yellow-green two-color line (PE). The same as the residential wiring color should be unified five-wire distribution design should be uniform distribution
5.1.4 indoor wiring should be laid through the pipe (in addition to the outside of the cast-in-place concrete floor can be sheathed line), should use a good insulated single strand copper conductor, the total cross-sectional area of the pipe conductor should exceed 40% of the pipe inner diameter cross-sectional area The tube has joints and kink tube wall thickness less than 1.Omm, all kinds of wires should be worn separately (same circuit with the same voltage level or AC and DC wires have to wear in the same pipe)
5.1.5 The branch cross section of the branch load shall be selected so that the safe ampacity of the conductor is greater than the sum of the rated currents of all the electrical appliances in the branch, and the total capacity of the sub-routes is allowed to exceed the capacity of the incoming line. Less than 2.5mm2, lamp switch copper conductor core cross section should be less than 1.5mm2
5.1.6 The grounding protection shall be reliable, and the insulation resistance between the conductors and between conductors shall be greater than 0.5M.
5.1.7 The electric heating equipment shall be directly installed on combustible components, and the sanitary outlet shall be of splash-proof type.
5.1.8 The electrical piping inside the flat top shall be laid with open pipes. The arrangement of the suspenders or keel box terminal boxes with the pipes fixed on the flat top shall be easy to overhaul, and the cover plate shall be connected to the lamp position with a hose. The length of the hose should be more than 1m. The joints should be connected at both ends of the hose. The lighting should be connected firmly. The metal hose should not be fixed by the wooden clamp. The grounding should be done to protect all kinds of wires. exposed
5.1.9 lighting switch should be installed behind the door, switch height from the ground should be about 1.3m, adjacent switches should be arranged symmetrically, the installation should be flat and solid wiring, phase line into the switch, the zero line directly into the lamp, phase should be Access to the screw cap housing
5.1.10 The outlet is less than 200mm from the ground. The adjacent outlets should be well-proportioned, and the installation should be flat and firm. 1m. The outlet should be used. The safety socket must be left in the box. The length should be greater than 150mm. The wiring of the power outlet should be left-right and left-right. Phase, grounding should be reliable, according to the ground hole should be in the square
5.1.11 Conductors Gas pipelines Compressed air pipelines should be separated according to the provisions of Table 2 Table 2 Gas pipelines Compressed air pipe spacing distance
5.1.12 Taking into account the development of intellectualization in residential buildings, wiring should be reserved for wiring during decoration. The wiring of each information point should be as thorough and reasonable as possible, and it is easy to replace or expand.
5.2 Acceptance requirements and methods
5.2.1 After the completion of the project, the location of the route shall be provided, and acceptance shall be carried out according to the requirements mentioned above. The concealed electrical line shall enter the process after the acceptance.
