5. Use alternative materials. The price of protein feed, especially fishmeal, is relatively high. 6. Improve the trough structure. Feed the chicken trough, it should be the bottom point, big belly, small mouth. Such a tank has a large amount of material, and it is not easy for the chicken to pour out the feed so that the chicken can eat the net leftover. The height of the trough should be based on the principle that chickens can eat freely. The amount of material in the trough should not be too full, generally in the 1/3 trough height, otherwise it is easy to throw and waste; it is reported that when the feed is added to the trough 2/3, the feed is wasted 12%, and it is wasted when added to 1/2. 5%, 2% wasted when added to 1/3.
7. Add the bacitracin zinc. In the summer, adding 100 mg/kg of bacitracin to the egg diet can increase the egg production by 20%, the feed conversion rate by 10%, and the eggshell thickness.
8. Add methionine. Adding 0.1% methionine to the general feed can increase the utilization of feed protein by 2% to 3%.
9. Add vitamin C. Adding 50 grams of vitamin C per ton of chicken feed can increase the egg production rate by more than 10% and save more than 15% of feed.
10. Eliminate low-yielding hens. Chickens often have 10% to 30% of low-yielding chickens, and low-yielding chickens are eliminated. The egg production of the chickens is not significantly reduced, but the feed can be greatly saved.
