According to reports, through the high-value utilization of copper smelting slag ends, the ratio of copper and iron is controlled to obtain copper-containing molten iron after vortex reduction of the depleted slag. After copper-containing molten iron is directly alloyed, copper-containing wear-resistant cast iron can be prepared or smelted Copper-containing antibacterial stainless steel, zinc, lead and other low-melting metal components are recovered in the flue gas throughout the process. Finally, it returns to the main smelting process. After the tailings are tempered and slowly cooled, they can be directly made into cement clinker, thus achieving the slag-free clean production of copper smelting.
