Division of labor before and after maintenance of surface grinder

The surface grinder mainly grinds and grinds the workpiece with a grinding wheel to achieve the required flatness. According to the shape of the table, it can be divided into two types: rectangular table and circular table. The maintenance work of the surface grinder is divided into different stages, that is, the pre- and post-stage, different work needs to be done at different stages, and only the reasonable division of labor can achieve the efficient maintenance effect of the surface grinder.

Early stage

1. Clean the cooling pump iron filing trough, accessories and water tank and check the coolant, clean and adjust the grinding head and grinding head strip;

2, cleaning oil filter, disk, bed and rail surface, hydraulic pump, pipeline and oil circuit;

3. Check and adjust the pressure of the pressure valve to check whether the hydraulic handles and guide rails are flexible;

4. Check the stroke speed and the oil inlet condition of the guide rail;

5. Fasten the screws of each part;

6. Clean the inside and outside of the surface grinder and fill the lubricating oil of each part.

Late

1. Adjustment of the bearing clearance of the grinding wheel spindle;

2. Grinding the table top and shaving the burrs of each rail surface;

3. Check the oil pump and each pipeline joint, check and adjust the clearance of the screw nut of the feed mechanism;

4. Clean the surface grinder motor and electrical equipment.
