Phenomenon: Jumping Gun

Causes: 1. The nozzle is not tightened or not installed

2, loose needle seal kit

3. Loose connection nut of spray gun (lower spray gun)

4, lack of paint in the pot

5, nozzle set damage measures: 1, tighten the nozzle or clean and install the nozzle set 2, tighten the thimble sealing kit 3, tighten the connection nut 4, add paint 5, replace the nozzle set

Phenomenon: spray on the weight or weight

Causes: 1. Nozzles, thimble, or air caps have clogged air outlets

2, air cap or nozzle damage measures: 1, clean nozzle set 2, replace the nozzle set

Phenomenon: No paint or a small amount of paint

Causes: 1. The air refill hole of the gun lid is clogged or the gas cap and suction tube are seriously blocked

2, no paint inside the pot

3, thimble stroke is too small Countermeasures: 1, clean the lid of the air to add holes, gas caps and suction tube 2, add paint 3, rotating paint flow control knob to increase the needle valve stroke

Phenomenon: Leaking paint at the nozzle

Reasons: 1, the thimble seal nut is too tight

2. Nozzles inside the nozzle port

3, nozzle and thimble do not match or have damage

4, thimble return spring broken or not installed countermeasures: 1, unscrew the thimble seal nut 2, clean nozzle 3, replace the nozzle set 4, replace the thimble return spring or install the thimble return spring

Phenomenon: Spray width cannot be adjusted

Causes: 1. The control holes on both sides of the air cap are blocked

2, spray regulator is damaged or installed wrong

3. The air passage blocking of the control surface of the spray gun fan control measures: 1. Clean the air cap 2. Replace the spray adjuster or properly install the spray adjuster 3. Clean the air passage

Phenomenon: The air pressure cannot be adjusted normally or the compressed air can be directly sprayed from the muzzle

Causes: 1. Air conditioner damaged or air valve damaged

2, air valve return spring is broken or not installed countermeasures: 1, replace the air regulator or air valve 2, replace the air valve return spring or install the air valve return spring

Phenomenon: thimble seal leakage paint

Reason: 1, thimble seal worn

2, thimble seal ring pad is not installed
