These years; because of the development of grinding wheel, handling, measurement and oscillation; new skills and process equipment for bearing grinding are continuously used; mainly in the following aspects:
1. The high-speed grinding skill is used throughout; the internal and external grinding time of the grinding wheel can reach 60-80m/s, and the linear speed of the grinding wheel can reach 120m/s when grinding externally.
2. The progress of grinding wheel speed is put forward; new requirements are put forward for the dynamic balance of the grinding wheel; therefore, the grinding machine is informed that the grinding wheel dynamic balancing equipment is used to compensate the grinding wheel unbalance caused by the notification grinding.
3. In order to get used to the automation requirements of the bearing ring grinding process; CBN grinding wheel grinding technology is used in the beginning of the bearing ring grinding. Compared with the general grinding wheel; its wear ratio is as high as 4000~10000; equivalent to about 150 times of the grinding of the general grinding wheel. Extremely high power; especially suitable for automated high speed grinding.
4. Artificial granite is used as the material for the production of bearing grinding machine bed; it is gradually selected by international machine tool manufacturers because of its strong rigidity, good anti-vibration performance, low thermal conductivity and short production cycle.
