As follows: (1) New product development. Support enterprises to focus on new product development, accelerate technology research and development, equipment renewal and process upgrades, increase product added value, and increase the proportion of high-end products. (2) Energy saving and consumption reduction. Support enterprises to speed up the clean production process, advanced energy-saving technologies and efficient end-use treatment equipment promotion and application, improve the energy utilization efficiency and clean production level of industrial resources, and promote the development and comprehensive utilization of circular economy. (3) Integration of the two. Support enterprises to accelerate the application of digital technology and intelligent manufacturing equipment, promote product intelligence and production intelligence, accelerate the popularization of new generation information technology such as cloud computing, big data, and Internet of Things, and promote the intelligent transformation of traditional industries. The project adopts the after-the-fact award method, and the investment calculation interval is from January 1, 2016 to July 31, 2017. For the equipment and R&D investment of the enterprise technological transformation project, the subsidy shall not be higher than 30% according to the actual completed investment (subject to the invoice), and the maximum shall not exceed 10 million yuan.
