According to David, with the exception of motors and rotors, all parts of the flight platform were manually processed by the team of four people, which took more than five months. "This flight platform has the largest volume and lightest weight among similar domestic flight platforms and has already applied for patents," said David.

In addition, in response to the frequent occurrence of freezing rain and snow in the south, the flight platform is also equipped with “skills†for automatically melting and removing snow. “The freezing weather of rain and snow can cause ice on the surface of high-voltage wires, and the deicing work must be carried out manually. It is not only a heavy workload, but also inefficient and very dangerous. The flight platform can set a fixed flight line along the high-voltage wires. The de-icing agent is on the fly," said David.
