In recent years, in order to better protect employees' occupational health, refined wax plants have strengthened the control of occupational health sources, strictly implemented the “three simultaneous” system for occupational health of construction projects, and realized the prevention and control of occupational disease hazards at the source.

The factory adheres to the regular launch of the series of activities in the Week of Occupational Health Promotion Week. Through the use of banners, training and education, knowledge contests, symposiums, on-site consultations, bulletin boards, hazard identification, and other forms, the employees are familiarized with the "Occupational Disease Prevention Law" and posts. Knowledge of dangerous chemicals, etc., to further enhance all employees' awareness of safety production, prevention capabilities, self-protection capabilities and awareness of environmental protection.

The factory insists on regularly organizing more than 1,000 employees who are exposed to occupational hazards throughout the factory to conduct occupational health examinations, and continuously improve the employees' occupational health monitoring and occupational hygiene and other four files to achieve “one person, one file, classified storage”. At the same time, the employees were organized to sign the “Contract on Safety Risks and Occupational Disease Hazards”, and written notifications were given to the employees’ job risks and occupational hazards.

The factory actively carried out occupational health status survey and hidden trouble rectification work. Since the second half of last year, the plant has continued to improve the occupational hazards notification and warning signs for employees' workplaces. In accordance with relevant standards, there are 26 fume hoods, 3 explosion-proof fume hoods and 25 hoods in the quality inspection center laboratory. On the basis of installation of eyewash facilities in each installation area, 28 showering washing facilities have been re-installed; 70 protective masks have been added to the grassroots workshops to further improve occupational health management at the production site.
