Shangge Wuhan home improvement building materials exhibition ended successfully

On October 20th, the 45th Shangge Wuhan Home Improvement and Building Materials Exhibition concluded successfully at the Wuhan International Convention and Exhibition Center. As one of the most significant regional home furnishing events in Central China, Shangge has always prioritized consumer interests by carefully selecting exhibitors and products. Over three days, the exhibition attracted 32,000 visitors, with both on-site transactions and orders reaching record highs. The event was marked by the biggest discounts ever seen, making it a highly popular and successful home improvement exhibition. To capture the peak season for home renovations, exhibitors offered unprecedented deals that generated massive orders. Golden Harvest Group topped the list with 725 orders, while its "Cloud Home Improvement" initiative drew numerous attendees. Mingshi Decoration and Shangge jointly launched a free design scheme activity where participants could upload their apartment plans, resulting in over 560 orders during the three-day event. Xingya Decoration also performed well, securing up to 320 orders. Other brands like Longsheng Chuangmei and Lugong Mansion used unique marketing strategies, such as magic shows and Lu Ban-themed performances, to engage visitors and boost brand visibility. Furniture and building materials brands also thrived at the exhibition. The Rattan Craftsmen family secured 97 orders with their modern rattan designs, while YOYO Wallpapers' antique phonographs captured attention, signing 69 orders. Landi Diatom Mud benefited from its prime location, receiving over 100 daily consultations. Brands like Yihua Home Furnishing, Lere Mobile Floor Heating, Xinzhongyuan Ceramics, and Federal Ceiling all reported positive results. The exhibition also featured exciting giveaways, including a grand prize of a 4,999 yuan Gree air conditioner. Visitors who spent 200 yuan on-site had a chance to win. On the afternoon of October 19th, Ms. Luo won the grand prize, expressing surprise and delight. She mentioned she had come to see wooden doors for her son’s renovation but ended up winning an air conditioner, which she was thrilled about. Additionally, the organizing committee partnered with a housework website to distribute apples to members, further enhancing the event's appeal. Attendees like Ms. Chen praised the exhibition for offering both valuable information and free gifts. The strong consumer demand in Wuhan attracted many national brands to participate. Newcomers like Earth Guardian, a company specializing in eco-friendly stone wallpapers, and Mango Tiles, an Italian rustic brick brand, gained significant attention. Mulan Furniture made its debut, offering heavy discounts and achieving 46 orders, far exceeding expectations. Since its inception in 1997, the Shangge Wuhan Home Improvement Exhibition has grown alongside Wuhan’s real estate market. Despite challenges in recent years, this year’s high attendance and order volume indicate a positive outlook for the industry. In 2014, the exhibition aims to strengthen its brand influence through image promotion, brand development, information exchange, and consumer trust-building. The next exhibition, the 46th Wuhan Home Improvement Exhibition, will take place from February 21 to 23, 2014, at the same venue. Merchants and homeowners interested in participating or attending are encouraged to follow the official website or contact the hotline for more details.
