Liu Zao outlined several key points for ensuring effective implementation of safety measures and environmental improvements. He emphasized the need for heightened awareness and full commitment from all relevant units. All supporting departments should work closely with enterprises to promote standardization in safety production and make progress in environmental enhancement projects.
He stressed that the focus should be on implementing specific actions. First, achieving safety production standards is crucial. Units and enterprises must fully understand the significance of this work and take it seriously. Second, comprehensive environmental improvements must be carried out diligently according to the implementation plan. Enterprises are required to carry out rectification efforts effectively, while supporting units should provide hands-on assistance and regularly monitor progress to ensure timely completion and tangible results.
Liu also called for stronger leadership and supervision. All units must assign clear responsibilities to deputies, collaborate closely with companies, and ensure that remediation tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The county government's supervision office and the industrial cluster management committee will conduct regular inspections, issue three-day notices, and report on the progress of the two major tasks. Those who fail to act promptly or show little progress will face public criticism.
Yang Xinquan, who presided over the meeting, also provided detailed arrangements for the environmental improvement of the industrial cluster area, reinforcing the importance of coordinated efforts among all parties involved. The meeting concluded with a strong commitment from all participants to work together and achieve meaningful outcomes in both safety and environmental protection.
