The size of the embedded iron must not be arbitrarily changed. If any changes are necessary, the site technical instructor must be informed and a written certificate must be issued. It is required that the reinforcement mesh and steel reinforcement hooks in the foundation of the mixing plant should not be lower than the dimensions required in the drawings; the required depth and width of the excavation shall not be lower than the dimensions required in the drawings. Do not arbitrarily change the dimensions indicated on the drawings. If any changes are made, inform the site technical instructors and make a written certificate.
Secondly, according to the technical requirements of the small mixing plant, the line should be set up to find a good reference point. The dimensional error between the two foundations should not exceed 50 mm, and the center of the foundation and the size range of the excavated foundation should be sprinkled with lime. After the foundation is excavated and qualified, the concrete shall be poured, and if it needs to be cast twice, it must be cast twice. When excavating the foundation, use steel bars or rafts to reserve the centerline position of the foundation. The marking requirements are clear. The positions of the two pre-embedded iron centerlines on the same foundation must be on the same line. The deviation must not be greater than 20mm. When the pre-embedded iron is placed before the completion of pouring, it must be kept horizontal and parallel to the level of the ground and adjacent embedded iron, and must not be twisted or off-center.
