Step one: draw a hole line

Draw the front, back, and side of the door according to the factory-supplied hole pattern.

Draw a straight line on the back of the door: Determine the installation height of the door lock. The height of the handle is 90cm away from the bottom of the door. (For the old door, the door still prevails).

Draw the line on the side of the door: First, draw the center of the door side and press the hole to open the line on the side of the door.

Draw the opening line of the door frame: After installing the lock cylinder, open the opening line of the door frame according to the corresponding position of the lock cylinder (according to the requirements of the opening drawing). The opening of the door frame must pay attention to the height of the corresponding lock cylinder.

Step 2: Open the door

First open the front hole and the back hole according to the drawn hole line. Care must be taken to prevent wood fibres from flashing when they are opened (it is best to use a knife to cut the fibres along the perforation line) to prevent the openings from becoming excessively large. Then press the open hole to open the door frame door hole.

Note: The hole size of the door frame is required to be high to prevent false position, and the door lock is shaken.

Step 3: Install the door lock

After opening the packing box, first check whether the door lock parts are complete and the direction is the same as the room, and use the battery to test whether the computer lock core and the circuit board are working properly, and then start to install the door lock.

The lock cylinder is inserted into the door panel, and the terminal thread penetrates into the inner panel. All the fixing holes meet the requirements.

Step 4: Install the mechanical lock

Insert the mechanical lock into the lock cylinder and fix it with screws to check if the mechanical key can open the door.

When the front and rear lock bodies are installed, the four corners of the lock cylinder are adjusted to the correct position (the square hole and the spring are marked to place the square shaft and the spring), and the front lock body is mounted on the door panel.
