Liyuan Refines RMB 5 Billion to Build Rail Cars and Deep Processing of Aluminum Profiles

Jilin Liyuan Refining Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Shenbei New District and will invest RMB 5 billion to build rail vehicle manufacturing and aluminum deep processing projects in Shenbei New District. Mayor Pan Liguo attended the signing ceremony of the project and met with Wang Min, chairman of Liyuan Refinery Co., Ltd.

Jilin Liyuan Refining Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 and was listed on Shenzhen SME Board on November 17, 2010. The project to be invested in Shenbei New District will focus on the construction of aluminum alloy high-speed rail, urban railways, subway rail passenger cars, aluminum alloy trucks and deep processing aluminum products, etc. The annual output of rail vehicles will be 1,500 knots and aluminum processed deep-drawing products will be 10,000 tons. The project is scheduled to start this year and will be completed in 2018. After the project is put into production, it is estimated that the annual sales income will be 25 billion yuan, and the annual total tax payment will be about 5 billion yuan.

During the meeting, Pan Liguo congratulated the project for signing the contract. He said that Shenyang's equipment manufacturing industry is strong and has strong industrial supporting capabilities. The advantages of high-end technical talents are obvious, and the market is vast and has great potential. It is hoped that Liyuan will continue to build confidence in Shenyuan to produce quality products and make positive contributions to the construction of Shenyang rail transit. The urban government will do its best to provide project services, solve problems in time, and create conditions for the smooth progress of the project and early completion and production.
