China Science Evaluation and Research Center and China Science and Education Evaluation Network jointly released the latest "Chinese Academic Journal Evaluation Research Report (Wu Da Edition) (2015-2016)" in May 2015, "Diamond and Abrasives Engineering" followed 2009, 2011 After 2013, it was once again selected as “RCCSE China Core Academic Journal (A)â€. 
The evaluation of RCCSE China's core academic journals is meticulous and rigorous. It is a kind of scientific research activity that uses scientific methods to comprehensively evaluate the academic level and academic influence of various publications published in a certain period of time. It is reported that this evaluation work has made many improvements and improvements based on the actual academic journals on the basis of inheriting the evaluation concepts and practices of the first three editions of the report:
(1) The object of fine screening evaluation, and the classification of superiors. This evaluation work has intensified the screening of academic journals. According to the requirements of the academic journals of the General Administration of Radio, Film and Television of the Press and Publication Bureau, the rigorous screening has been carried out, and the classification of 65 disciplines of the 6601 academic journals has been optimized to make the evaluation objects more precise. The results of the discipline classification are more reasonable.
(2) Adjusting the evaluation index system in a timely manner: While emphasizing the academic influence of journals in the evaluation, it also pays attention to the investigation of the efficiency of journal network communication and the real-time reaction rate of journals. The evaluation indicators mainly include: total citation frequency, 2-year impact factor, current year index, fund paper ratio, Web annual download rate, secondary document reload (or foreign important database) and expert qualitative evaluation.
(3) Scope of homeopathic adjustment: Maintain the ratio of A+ (0 to 5%), A (5% to 20%), and A-(20% to 30%) (high to low scores) In this case, the ratios of B+, B, and C are adjusted from 30% to 50%, 50% to 80%, and 80% to 100% of the RCCSE Journal Evaluation Report (2013 to 2014) to 30% to 60%, respectively. 60% to 90%, 90% to 100%. There are 316 authoritative journals (A+) in 65 first-level academic journals, 936 core journals (A), 636 core journals (A-), 1848 quasi-core academic journals, and 1828 general journals. There are 637 poor journals.
In addition, this evaluation work continues to absorb the advantages of the first three editions of evaluation work. For example, 1 in the evaluation purpose, continue to adhere to the "evaluation management orientation and information service orientation", taking into account the evaluation results in the "evaluation management" and "information services" two aspects of service needs. 2 In order to improve the efficiency and operability of the evaluation work, continue to adopt the “China Academic Journal Evaluation Information Collection System†and “Chinese Academic Journal Evaluation Information Management System†developed during the evaluation process of “RCCSE Journal Evaluation Report (2013~2014)â€. The two systems were optimized to make the collection process of related information and the final data output process more intelligent, greatly improving the efficiency of the entire evaluation work.
Under the trend of national industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, and the development of China's manufacturing industry towards digitalization, networking and intelligence, this journal has once again been selected as “RCCSE China Core Academic Journal (A) (2015-2016 Edition)â€, which is for our magazine. The spur and encouragement of the hard work of all staff!
